Upgrading from old versions of PyroMark Q96 ID Software
Previous versions of PyroMark Q96 ID Software stored Pyrosequencing runs in an Oracle database. Users upgrading to PyroMark Q96 ID software 2.5 from an Oracle-based version of the application software must first use the PyroMark Data Converter Tool to convert the run database into a format that is compatible with the enhanced software. Please refer to theresources section to download the tool and accessdetailed instructions for converting the existing run database to a file-based format.Product Resources
