Principle
GeneRead DNAseq Panel PCR Kit V2 contains a chemically modified HotStarTaq enzyme and its associated buffer. The chemically modified HotStart Taq enzyme has been optimized to minimize incorporation of sequence errors during PCR amplification and help prevent the formation of nonspecific products during targeted enrichment for NGS.
Applications
GeneRead DNAseq Panel PCR Kit V2 is highly suited for multiplex PCR-enabled targeted enrichment of genomic regions using GeneRead DNAseq Panels V2.
