Principle
ipsogen MLL Standards are extremely stable DNA plasmids designed according to Europe Against Cancer (EAC) recommendations. These standards precisely quantify the copy number of MLL fusion gene transcripts by generating standard curves based on the known concentration of plasmid DNA dilutions of the target gene. ipsogen MLL Standards include 5 dilutions of a given MLL fusion gene. The dilutions provide 101, 102, 103, 105, and 106 copies in 5 μl.

ipsogen MLL Standards enable reliable and sensitive quantitation of MLL fusion gene transcripts using real-time PCR.
