For use as a qualitative control of RNA purification, reverse transcription, and quantitative PCR
The ipsogen PML-RARA bcr1 Controls Kit provides high, low, and negative controls for qualitative validation of RNA purification, reverse transcription, and quantitative PCR of PML-RARA bcr1 fusion transcripts using real-time PCR on the Rotor-Gene Q and other real-time PCR instruments. The controls are provided as individual vials containing 5 x 106 cells in preservative solution. The High PML-RARA bcr1 Control represents a high PML-RARA bcr1 transcript level, the Low PML-RARA bcr1 Control corresponds to a reduced level of PML-RARA bcr1 expression compared to the high control level, and the Negative PML-RARA Control does not contain PML-RARA transcript.
